Apple's Server app is a software product with hundreds of thousands of users. It is usually a first step for Apple customers who are trying to understand system administration and provide Internet services. I have written and maintained the help for Apple's server product for many years.

Apple Remote Desktop Administrator Guide

Conceived, planned, and wrote the Apple Remote Desktop Administrator Guide from scratch. The manual was downloaded by thousands of users, showed at trade shows, and won a Society for Technical Communication national award.

LMS administration

Installed, configured, and customized Moodle to hold instructional products and SCORM packages.

I decided that I need an LMS site where I can post instructional product samples. I installed and configured Moodle on my own server. There are currently two products posted there: a Walden U. LMS assignment, and a Walden U. ID assignment.

I wrote and managed the production of the Mac OS X Server Security Configuration guide for version 10.6 Snow Leopard. This was a joint project with the NSA to provide content for their security guide for Mac OS X Server deployment.
